Cole Camplese

Cole Camplese received his B.A. in Psychology from West Virginia University, his M.S. in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University, and Ph.D. coursework in Instructional Systems from The Pennsylvania State University. He is the Vice President for Information Technology and CIO at Northeastern University. Prior to, he was the Associate Vice President for Information Technology and Chief Information Officer at The University of Chicago, the Vice President for Information Technology and Chief Information Officer at Stony Brook University, a Senior Director of Teaching and Learning with Technology and Director of Education Technology Services at the Pennsylvania State University, and a Director of IST Solutions Institute at the Pennsylvania State University. Cole has served on numerous committees across multiple universities, is an Apple Distinguished Educator and a nationally recognized speaker. He specializes in strategic planning, organizational management, instructional technology vision, and implementation of emerging technologies to impact learning and communication.
