Brian. R. Belland

Dr. Brian R. Belland is currently an Associate Professor of Education in the department of Educational Psychology at Penn State University. He is an Educational Technology PhD alum of Purdue University. Dr. Belland's research focuses on scaffolding and problem-based learning in high school and middle school settings. Prior to joining Penn State, he served as Chair of the American Educational Research Association.
