Thomas C. Reeves
Thomas C. Reeves received his Ph.D. at. Syracuse University. He has written a number of books on the topics of Program Evaluation, Educational Design Research and Instructional Design. Tom is a Professor Emeritus of Learning and Design, and Technology in the College of Education at the University of Georgia. Tom was nominated as one of the “Top 100” people in multimedia and currently acts as a consultant to the World Health Organization for the development of task-based e-learning for healthcare and science education.
