Ellen D. Wagner

Ellen Wagner is an Affiliate Faculty of the College of Education and the College of Performing and Visual Arts at George Mason University. Dr. Wagner obtained her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder. Some of her most cited work includes
