Dr. Dousay is a professor at the University of Alaska in Anchorage. She earned a Ph.D. in learning, design, and technology from the University of Georgia. She holds an M.S. and B.S. in agricultural education. She is known for positioning herself with non-traditional forms of learning and enhancing online learning opportunities for students in grades K-12.
