Tutaleni Asino is an associate professor of Educational Technology at Oklahoma State University where he focuses on emerging technology in education, comparative international education, mobile learning, and indigenous knowledge among other topics. He received his PhD from Penn State in 2015 in the area of Learning, Design, & Technology + Comparative & International Education.
