Ana-Paula Correia

Professor of Learning Technologies

Ana-Paula Correia is a professor at the Ohio State University. She received her Ph. D. in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University, Bloomington in 2001 and has previously held positions as a professor at Iowa State University and in the private sector as an instructional designer with Lilly, a U.S.-based globally renowned pharmaceutical company. Dr. Correia currently teaches graduate-level courses through the Department of Educational Studies at O.S.U. Her courses reflect her research interests in educational/instructional design as well as distance/online learning and teaching. Through her work, Dr. Correia hopes to foster her students’ creativity and curiosity through authentic project-based learning opportunities related to these fields.
