Robert M. Bernard is a Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Concordia University in Montreal. Before finishing his PhD in Educational Communication, Robert worked as an elementary teacher with Nashville, TN Public Schools. Bernhard also holds a masters degree in General Curriculum and a bachelors degree in Elementary School Curriculum.
