Thomas J. Tobin is a Teaching, Learning, & Technology Specialist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he is a founding member of the department where he works, the UW-Madison Center for Teaching, Learning, & Mentoring. Tobin has a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature, a first Master’s in English Literature and a second in Library Science, and a Doctorate Degree (Ph.D.) in English Literature. He is a teacher, author, speaker, and consultant on the quality use of technology in higher education.
