Blair Macintyre
Blair MacIntyre is a professor of Augmented and Virtual Reality in the Department of Art and Design at the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University. Previously, he was a professor in the School of Interactive Computing and a director of the Augmented Environments Lab at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He also was a Principle Research Scientist in the Emerging Technologies group at Mozilla between 2016 and 2020. He earned his PhD. in Computer Science at Columbia University. His research area is augmented, mixed and virtual reality; how mixed reality can contribute effective support to teaching, learning and social uses, such as conferences, meetings, etc.
