Michael Barbour
Director of Faculty Development
Dr. Michael Barbour is the Director of Faculty Development, College of Education & Health Sciences and Professor of Instructional Technology, College of Education & Health Sciences at Touro University California. He received a doctoral degree (PhD) in Instructional Technology from University of Georgia. Additionally, he has a Master’s degree in Teaching and Learning – Literacy and Technology, graduate certificates in Interdisciplinary Qualitative Studies and University Teaching, and an undergraduate certificate in Adult Education. Dr. Barbour’s research focuses on learning in online environments for rural K-12 students.
