Barbara L. Grabowski

Barbara L. Grabowski is a Emerita Professor of Instructional Systems from Penn State University since 2012. Before that she was a Professor of Instructional Systems from 1991 until 2012. 

She got her Ph.D in Instructional systems from Penn State University in 1979.

She has been a prolific publisher of articles and texts including multiple textbooks about educational technology with over 98 published works. Her expertise is in technology enhanced learning, online education, collaborative learning, pedagogy and education and instructional technology and design. Her most influential are the following:
