Dr. Susan D. Moisey was an associate professor at Athabasca University, where she taught instructional design and development in the Masters of Distance Education Program. Her research interests included application of distance education, communications, and web-based technology to adults with disabilities. Moisey completed her doctorate in Educational Psychology, specializing in computer-based learning. She is now retired.
