Bio:

Dr. Rosemary (Rose) Luckin is a research leader in Learner-Centered Design at the UCL Knowledge Lab. Her research combines architecture and education by using neuroscience. Luckin's work includes developing AI-based tools for implementing evaluation as a part of the educational process and feedback systems for students and teachers.  Dr. Luckin has written articles on the use of artificial intelligence in education and the role of artificial intelligence in changing education. One of her early works, Machine Learning and Human Intelligence: The Future of Education for the 21st Century,  was published in 2018, and in it she postulates that the use of artificial intelligence can assist in teaching and viewing AI as a supporting role in learning.
