Ross Perkins

Ross Perkins is an Associate Professor of Educational Technology at Boise State University. Perkins' research interests include instructional design and the distance delivery of instructional technology programs for developing countries. 

Perkins earned his M.A. in Instructional Technology and his Ph.D. in Instructional Technology from Virginia Tech. 

Perkins serves as the co-coordinator of the Educational Technology online Ed.D. program. His duties as co-coordinator include curriculum design and development, managing student recruitment and admissions, and overseeing student advising.
