Susan McKenney
Professor of Teacher Professionalization
Susan McKenney chairs the Learning, Data-analytics and Technology department for Twente University based in the Netherlands. With a focus on education design research (EDR), Susan has authored several books and papers that provide a comprehensive approach to solving real-world education issues. Susan describes EDR as a way to conduct research to find a solution to an issue and then leverage the solution to inform future practices. In addition to chairing the Learning, Data-analytics and Technology department, Susan also serves as the chair of Teacher Professional Development and Twente University, where she applies her expertise to help instructors grow and excel in their profession.
