Karl M. Kapp

Dr. Karl M. Kapp (pronounced "cop") is a professor at Bloomsburg University. Kapp earned his Ed.D at the University of Pittsburgh. Kapp's research has focused on game-based learning and gamification. One of his most recent projects was creating a training program to help educators protect children from child abuse. He has also worked on microlearning and games and gamification in the workplace. In addition to his academic work, Kapp regularly contributes articles and information on instructional design, gamification, and game-based learning on LinkedIn. Kapp has over 54,000 followers on LinkedIn and is a popular guest speaker.
