Robert B. Kozma, Ph. D. Education Technology
Robert Kozma is a prominent expert in international educational technology research. He has traveled to over 70 countries to conduct research, develop solutions, and present on how powerful information and communications technology (ICT) can enhance developing countries, communities, schools, teachers, and students.
At the outset of his career, he worked as an elementary math teacher in the inner city of Detroit. Later, he served as faculty at the University of Michigan for 20 years. During his consulting career, he collaborated with the ministries of education in Thailand, Singapore, and Chile. Additionally, he offered guidance on integrating technology into classrooms to the Ford Foundation and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
He boasts a publication record of more than 75 articles, chapters, encyclopedia entries, and books on educational technology and international ICT.
