Dr. Kay Shattuck
Kay Shattuck has been an adjunct Assistant Professor in the College of Education, in the Learning and Performance Systems Department at Pennsylvania State University. She achieved her D.Ed. in Adult Education from this same institution. She is also the Founding Director and Senior Advisor for Research at QM Quality Matters, as well as an Associate Editor of The American Journal of Distance Education. Her focus in distance education is on the social interactions of learners from heterogeneous cultures, student retention, and culturally inclusive course designs.
