Sharon Smaldino
Professor and Speaker
Dr. Sharon Smaldino is considered a pioneer in the field of Instructional Technology, having many books and articles published over the years. She received her doctorate in Educational Media from Southern Illinois University in 1987. Following that she was a professor for Curriculum and Instruction before becoming President of AECT from 2003 to 2005 before moving on to being the Editor in Chief of Tech Trends from 2006-2009.
