Michael Grahame Moore, Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Education at The Pennsylvania State University
Dr. Michael Grahame Moore is Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Education at The Pennsylvania State University. He completed his PhD in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Moore is the Editor of the American Journal of Distance Learning. He is often referred to as one of the founding fathers of distance education due to his contributions to the field. His research interests primarily focus on distance education and has greatly influenced the current forms of e-learning and online learning. In addition to over 100 published articles, Dr. Moore is the editor of the Handbook of Distance Education, which was a popular textbook in many distance education courses.
