Dr. Larry Cuban
Dr. Larry Cuban is a professor of education at Stanford University. His career spans four decades where he has served as a high school social studies teacher, district superintendent, and now university professor. He is widely published and has written op-ed pieces, numerous articles, and books. He earned his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Pittsburgh before going on to complete a master’s in history at Cleveland’s Case-Western Reserve University. After 20 years of teaching, he completed his Phd at Stanford University. His research focuses on the history of education, curriculum, and instruction, educational leadership, school reform, and the uses of technology in the classroom.
